My Account Section
I was tasked with leading the redesign of the My Account section for Road Runner Sports. This is one of the most important areas of the site. Customers will log in to see their VIP membership status and benefits as well as view current/past orders. By overhauling this aspect of the site we can increase customer retention, VIP renewals, and overall web sales.
